About The Artwork

“Day 8 - 3/22/2020” it’s Sunday in NYC. A day many New Yorkers call Sunday Funday for its a day of relaxation, late brunches and bottomless fruity alcoholic beverages. Sunday Funday is one of my favorite days of the week. Yet today felt a bit different. It’s one thing to chill and relax because you want to. To stay home and rest… wake up late… because you want to. It is quite another when you are TOLD to. Today was the first Sunday in the NYC lockdown due to coronavirus. The relaxation seemed enforced. The chill burdening. And the late rising, a necessity to keep a semblance of sanity. Because if you wake too early, it’s just that much longer for the day to end. It’s not all doom, gloom and boredom. I went for a much longer stroll today. I had to do an emergency run to Zabar’s. Long story short, I got the yeast free, cracker-like bread I needed and more. Can we say chocolate rugalach and babka? Being at Zabar’s reminded me of home. So when I made my way back to my humble abode, I knew exactly what I was going to create for my art quarantine challenge… the people who remind me of my original home. RONIM Art Studio, Harlem, NYC.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I explore alternate worlds with my art. I put those worlds into physical form whether with abstract figures, graffiti style motifs or a combination of both. I translate this into original art works, fine art prints, home and personal goods. I hope you love what I've created and it brightens your day a little bit.
