Elements Combined

Elements Combined intends to understand chaos and catastrophe as events that are fundamental to our nature, events that are intrinsically important to express in art practices. Both subvert the notions of representation, something opposed to undoing or a system in order to change. Instead I see it, as a condition that allows the artists to put themselves at a meeting point where everything is possible. Where the system that makes them safe is questioned, reverting, inverting and reversing it, to its primordial forms. It is this point that makes visible potential moments, in which it is found a unique identity or essence of the work of art.
