Covid has changed many things. I created from faces photographed during my travels mainly in Asia. But for two years now, these trips have no longer existed. And inspiration gradually loses momentum. Sure, I have a notebook of photographic resources, but what about all those smells? These sounds? This way of walking, laughing, eating... A photo is not just a fixed element for an artist. There is all this living scenery that surrounds it before being captured and frozen. I could also have titled this new series with “Covid”, but why give it so much importance??? I could also have titled this new series "Pause" but I still hope and wish that the colors return quickly...
