In this world

I was surprised by seeing faces of Buddhist monks with various emotions. There is face which looks very fierce, but who knows maybe behind it is a Buddha-like heart. On the contrary, under the gently smiling face, perhaps some secrets are currently hidden. When looked at the Arhat statues, I was amazed by their exquisite features. According to Buddhist Sutras, the Arhats were originally bandits whom Buddha converted by using the Diamond Sutra and they became the protectors of Buddhist pagodas. That’s why the Arhats carry the characters of human. These images are part of my project “Dharma and Life”, carried out for many years.
