René van den Bos (1959) born in Amsterdam.
He started as a graphic artist at an advertising agency, as a designer he made trade magazines and magazines on the drawing board. The flat plane was later converted into view from its functional text. His interest in the painting grew ever greater without meanings and anecdotes. The painting had to speak for itself. This thought became increasingly important after finishing at the artacademy, the Gerrit Rietveldacademie in Amsterdam. Texts were converted into lines, structure and rhythms of paint. To date René van den Bos has shown his paintings in galleries at home and abroad.
