Aneliz Alvarez Tostado Gonzalez Mendez

ANE ALVAREZ

Born in Mexico City, 1990 and raised in Cancun,
Mexico.
She has formal education and self-taught skills in art and design; with a BA in fashion design
and partial studies in plastic arts, Ane decides to dedicate full time developing her artwork.
Her work has been shown in different platforms and galleries around Mexico, in places such
as, Cancun, Puebla, Yucatan, Mexico City and Nuevo Leon. As well as throughout some states
across de U.S.
She has worked and collaborated with some ONG´s and private organizations across the
world, using art as a positive impact medium for social change; having international presence
in South Africa and Argentina.
Ane has been invited to participate in some Art Festivals and iniciatives as a muralist in
Monterrey Mexico, with IPAF (International Public Art Festival), 2017 and Varrios Barrrios in
Playa del Carmen, 2018.
Currently, Ane works developing small and large projects that involve painting, graphic work
and muralism.
