Vera Higgins is a professional graphic designer and fine artist based in the beautiful state of California. For much of her career, she worked as a commercial designer for various businesses, pursuing her passion for art only in her free time. Over the years, however, her love for art grew stronger, inspiring her to fully dedicate herself to mastering her craft. Living in California, surrounded by mountains, lush plants, vibrant flowers, and towering trees, Vera finds endless inspiration in the natural beauty around her. Local landscapes are her primary muse, offering her a rich tapestry of ideas, shapes, and colors to explore. She believes her work—whether in graphic design, painting, or drawing—represents her true purpose and is something she feels deeply compelled to create. Vera’s paintings are more than just visual reflections; they are expressions of the passion that fuels her creativity every day. She primarily works with oils but loves experimenting with other techniques, such as pencil drawing. This diverse approach allows her to bring fresh perspectives and unique textures to her art, continually evolving as an artist. Vera is an active member of the Orange County Fine Arts Association. Vera actively participate in numerous exhibitions and art shows. Vera’s work is featured in private collections worldwide, including in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
