About The Artwork
The 818 Design is / was a complex , literative process . The initial design solution was wrong and certainly not optimal . I work in an order that is neither top down nor bottom up , pursuning and targeting important opportunities that are difficult to solve in which I see no immediate solution . I have eliminated the areas of doubt .the subareas in which the design appears to be difficult .the goal was the intergration of the small into the into the over all solution of the large. One must give up the predictable and accept the notion of the opportunistic idea and ideal design .
