And there it went Painting

After a long practise in photography and inspired by old Japanese and Chinese masters, i returned to using paint and ink. Abstraction and simplification is always the key. I do not plan or prepare these paintings. They are 'spontaneous' and 'raw'; short outburst of my pure consciousness before thinking gets involved. The work gives birth to its own identity. The viewer can interpret it in whichever way he is inclined. Everyone can see and perceive these with different eyes. You will need to listen and maybe it will speak to you. This is an original artwork and is sold as is (ink drawing and gold leaf on Hahnemuehle sumi-e paper). It will be shipped protected in a sturdy tube (rolled up). No frame or mount included. For long-lasting protection it should be box framed behind museum glass using archival materials.
