A small abstract painting, part of "Fantasia" series evoking a naure theme (currently four 8x8 canvases at Saatchi) A process of pouring paint of different densities along wit,h deliberate ink and twig markings across multiple transluscent layers results in a rich and colorful mix of the intuitive and the intentional. Cellular and lace-like structures amidst what seem like ever-changing forms evoke connections with natural and organic life: accretion, erosion, and change. Ready to hang and to mix with other paintings in this series (see attached photo of 3 together).
