Anja Martin is an abstract acrylic artist creating paintings for modern Interior. Born & raised in Germany, based in the US since 2018. “Art is my passion ever since I am a little girl. I worked with several mediums like charcoal or watercolor but I found my passion in acrylic paintings. I love the ability to build up several layers of paint, the way colors create that depth & dimension. I continuously try out new techniques & mediums, influenced by perceptions & ideas or my emotions in the moment. To me art is a way to both express and challenge myself. Working on my modern, contemporary paintings allows me to express my feelings in a pure, tangible form. I can block out the world around me and let emotions become colors & textures.
