RED BEACH-Dimensional Sculpture on Canvas Painting

I am an abstract artist who lives in İzmir -TURKEY. Already in my earliest childhood, paint and paper were my favourite “toys”, and my passion for painting has continued to grow over the years. After 25 years work as a Marketing Manager at national and international companies , in this life journey I began to painting 2 years ago. After I decided to start painting, I took painting education from successful painting workshops in Italy. I started painting for find to myself which In this search for meaning . The paint opened up my very personal world of images to me. I can say that I discovered myself and freedom in painting. I am abstract paintings examine the worlds intrinsic layers and our emotional responses to our surroundings. The details reflect shifts in light, evoking a sense of movement and change. The artwork consists of many layers and different mediums creating a composed depth which is a reflection on the duality of life. The outcome is a representation of the dualities of light and dark, stillness and movement, and the competing forces within nature. I use mixed media , texture, oil & acrylic paints which create both soft and rough textures within each piece. Especially I use the sculpting technique on canvas very often. . Today, the abstract painting I make with acrylic mixing on canvas, using blended materials and sculpting has become one of the main contents of my life.
