Pundriart Nationality : India Birthplace : Mathura (it's a small town in Uttar Pradesh) India. Email : (for a purchase or offer, please directly contact Saatchi Art. thank you.) Born in 1997, in Mathura, India, she started drawings on her own at the age of 9. After completing her schooling, she lived in Solan (Himachal Pradesh, full of Mother Nature and harmony) for 5 years, and from there, she completed her graduation in art and journalism. She worked under a fine artist and photographer for 5 years. But those 5 years were played a very crucial role in her life as an artist. There where she found so many happy moments, and at the same period, she experienced an awful and painful life. Which Leeds her to paintings. Her paintings are all about the feelings of people and mother nature, how they interpret each other, as well as entirely distinct. These days human behavior is changing, its purity and becoming more like a robot to each other. Mother Nature condones such behaviour. But she doesn't have any other choice than punish them for their sin. But she either doesn't want to does the same as they did to her and other beings. So she is always trying to communicate in her own way. All we need to do is just trying to be calm and hear with contemplation for a while. And try to be kind and humble for all beings. It's now or never. For a real artist, it's so difficult to detach yourself from your artwork (which you created with profound feelings). Her mother and mother's whole family (father, mother, and brother) belong to the art field. But because of economic problems, they were never persuaded as a full-time artist. And when we talk about Pundri, she also never thought about selling her artwork, although she has thousands of artwork at her young age. But she never wants to sell her artwork. Because she feels so connected with them, as she wasn't want to sell her art, that is why she has never socialized much. But now she realized that if she will also waste this enormous gift which mother nature itself given to her, for some reason, then what the purpose of living. Then she quit her job as an illustrator and fully indulge herself in art. She said we couldn't be any more robotic. But to realize this to others, she paints human nature and human itself as half robotic and half organic shapes. Some rotten, rustic shapes and colors she always put on canvas. Viewers can feel and distinguish that calmness and sickened part of the painting.
