Martina Hartusch is a distinguished Austrian artist based in Graz, known for her abstract creations using high-quality acrylic paints and natural pigments. Her fascination with structure and tactile elements leads her to incorporate materials such as sand, paper, and various collage components into her mixed media techniques. This approach gives her artwork a distinctive and unique style. Her pieces are categorized into different series based on the materials used: C-series (Color-series): Acrylic paint on canvas. SC-series (Structure and Color-series): Mixed media on canvas. SMC-series (Structure-MonoColor-series): Mixed media with a primary focus on one color. While predominantly abstract, Martina also explores realism, particularly in landscapes, with her seaside paintings being notably acclaimed by art critics. Her work "SC_57_‘The Supreme Good is Harmony of the Soul’" was a finalist at the Global Art Award 2020 in Shanghai. Martina has also been recognized with several quality certificates and honorable mentions for various artworks, such as "SC_92_Tortuga" and "MC_3_Through Discipline Comes Freedom." Martina draws her primary inspiration from nature, and even her abstract works echo natural phenomena. Artistic Journey Martina Hartusch is an artist with national exposure (numerous exhibitions in Graz,Styria,Vienna) and is member of the Austrian Artist Association BVBK (Berufsvereinigung der Bildenden Künstler). But she was also internationally represented in group exhibitions (Italy and New York). Her works have already found collectors all over the world (eg. Japan,Taiwan,India,UK,US,EU).
