von leise nach still V - from quiet to still V This series of paintings and silkscreen works have been created to the theme “From quiet to Still”. These works are abstract and poetic with minimal components, the motives are concealed compositions focusing on the depth of the color gray. The process and development that evolves when working with the distinct color gray, proceeding to lighter gray and white tones, these vary in a spectrum of shades combined with open and layered areas. In some of the works out of this series, there are spartan color components, that either irritate or compliment the composition, such as day glow red or pink. The transparency of the layered paint reveals the structure of the underlying areas creating new spaces, an open plan with a course. The procedure of giving the coincidental aspect of the moment a direction. The additional drawing on the surface is an essential element in these in works, these fine lines conjoin, accentuate and fulfill the motive. The drawing is the last action in these works before the final completion is made, as well in the paintings or silkscreen prints.

Other sound installations are sculptural interactive large format installations, either, electromagnetic, seismographic, mechanical or hybrid works. Visual and acoustic space is configured with maximal simplicity. The compositions are recorded with instruments, mechanical sounds and electro noise, the digitally processed material is then transformed into multi channel or mono sound installations.
