VIEW IN MY ROOM
This project was intended to be a photographic riff on the painterly tradition of the grey study. I thought it would be interesting to set my dried fennel skirt creation in a foggy atmosphere at the beach. My model has the most lovely warm grey hair that worked beautifully with the warm greys of her sweater, the fennel skirt, and the torn cotton with which I wove the skirt together, along with the greys of the sand and water. Very satisfied with the moody, lonely results.
