Untitled Print - Limited Edition of 5

This work was created by me in Uttarayan Art Centre, Gujarat during a Printmaking Workshop in 2012. I work on single stone by developing the image by erasing and adding drawing and taking multiple colours. My work starts from somewhat familiar forms from life, growth and Nature around which gradually develops into abstraction. I find tusche ink suitable for my way of expression as I work impulsively with transparency and depth both. As our thoughts move with much greater speed than our actions, I try to catch each one of them working with great spontaneity and conclude with number of thoughts moving images, in one Print.
