About The Artwork

BUBBLES - mini sculpture - wood, copper, PVC, epoxy, black acrylic color, Zapon varnish this is a homage to drinking water. Bubbles are a trace of the presence of chemicals, a pollution that goes to the depths of layers of the earth and to the water. The geometric part is solid wood painted in acrylic black and coated with Zapon lacquer. The color black is deep dark. Copper is shaped by holes and shallow semi-circular relief. Dynamics of small circular shapes have been created that "go" beyond the frame of the copper sheet. The mass between copper and wood is PVC coated just like the wood in black. The little ball at the bottom is black resin.
