About The Artwork
The bronze sculpture is slightly elevated above the scorched yew base on which it turns. Rotation of the heavily textured contrasting with smooth bronze face reveals a back with a translucent golden brown finish. I know what was in my head when I made it but it is up to the collector to interpret and make it their own. Titles are non-prescriptive and purposefully ambiguous to allow this to happen.
