Eli Maciel

I´m a mexican artist settled in Tacambaro, Michoacan. I were born in a family of artisans. Since I was kid I´ve demostrated my interest in visual arts, and I´ve win state and national contests since I was seven years old. At eleven, I made my first individual exposition with more than 40 paintings, I´ve imparted and took different workshops of painting, sculpture, graphics, ceramics, and stained glass.

At this moment, I study at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de HIdalgo in Morelia, Michoacan. I´ve took classes in the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plasticas, Xochimilco, Mexico City and in the Universidad Tecnologica de Pereira, in Pereira, Colombia,
