Maurizio Martini

I'm an Italian contemporary artist whose work combines serigraphy on aluminium with epoxy resin, mirror fragments, gold leaf, natural elements, and handcrafted wooden frames. My artistic research revolves around the dialogue between matter and emotion, exploring themes of identity, memory, and transformation.
My latest body of work, the Emotions Series, presents six female portraits intertwined with the Tree of Life, each embodying a distinct human emotion — Reverie, Melancholia, Transcendence, Pride, Elation, and Serenity. These unique mixed-media pieces stand out for their material richness and conceptual depth.
I have been exhibited in private collections and international art fairs, including Art3f Monaco (2025), where I will present the complete Emotions Series alongside large-scale works dedicated to cultural icons such as Marilyn Monroe and Brigitte Bardot.
With my combination of traditional serigraphy, experimental materials, and pop-inspired imagery, I positions myself at the intersection of contemporary mixed media, pop art, and conceptual portraiture.
