Miha Erič is a versatile talented young artist - artist, both in the field of fine arts and music. As a creator, he is particularly active in the field of art, as evidenced by his numerous graphic works, solo exhibitions and participation in numerous national and international projects. Miha Erič realizes his original artistic ideas in the traditional graphic techniques of wood-cut, linocut and relief copper engraving. Recently, individual small-scale graphic sheets have also been graphically coloured in the form of coloured woodcut, linocut or copper engraving, thus giving them a touch of originality and a kind of colour scheme, typed in black and white graphic base. In his work, the author indulges in imagination, improvisation and directness, when he creates an idyllic world of narrative, sometimes surrealistically expressive and imaginary images, with the desire to achieve versatile visual expression. In his graphs, many lines appear, which vividly define the rhythmically agitated surfaces of individual regions, and which constantly vibrate and fill the graphic sheet with restlessness, temperament and parallelism as a way of determining order. He uses a minimalist expression in artistic creation, the aforementioned inventive line graphical playfulness, and attention to fine accents. Working with graphics gives him the impetus for constructive visual design and gives him the opportunity to realize specific concrete ideas arising from his worldview orientation and thinking. It also enables him to develop sensory and visual sensitivity, and above all personal, spiritual and promising artistic development. The artistic structure of his graphics therefore contains sophisticated line modeling with numerous parallel and often wavy textures, which creates enviable textural and plastic effects of grass, tree, atmospheric, urban and other veritable graphic areas present. The contrast between the brightly coloured and black shaded areas works with a touch of pleasing decorative, but at the same time dramatic, which is even more pronounced in motifs with elements of loneliness and anxiety.
