Katarzyna Rutkowska

Katarzyna Weronika Rutkowska born in 1992 in Poland, graduated Painting Arts Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. Lives and works in Wrocław.
The primary medium in which Katarzyna works is paintings. However, she treats it digital media. The artist is interested in the illusion of space on a flat surface. She combines this issue with art inspirated by glitch, computer mistakes. She works is a vision of future, something like fourth dimension, sci-fi paysages alike. In 2017 won Nowy Obraz / Nowe Spojrzenie – award for the young Polish painters. Her diploma works Monumenty (Monuments) is pretend to Award the best diploma Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.
