Over time, he began experimenting with modern forms and abstract compositions, pushing the boundaries of this ancient craft into the realm of contemporary art. Hamed’s creative process is hands-on and intuitive. Starting with sketches or concepts, he shapes each piece through meticulous assembly and constant refinement. Small fragments of glass are arranged to form intricate, repeating patterns, yet each design is open to interpretation, allowing each viewer to experience a unique reflection of themselves and their surroundings. His work explores contrasts—between tradition and modernity, permanence and change, the individual and collective perception—and seeks to create a dialogue between past and present.
