Layers of Perception is inspired by American female abstract artists and explores the delicate balance between fragility and resilience in both the world and human perception. The artist selected transparent paper as the primary material to emphasize the fragility, permeability, and ever-changing nature of perception. Just as in the experience of reality, one often perceives only silhouettes while the true essence remains hidden. Created in an abstract manner, the work utilizes natural backlight from a window to enhance the organic texture of the transparent paper. Additional colors were introduced during post-processing.
