Mirja Birgitta is a Finnish visual artist with a long-standing independent career. Her work is a continuous exploration of abstract expression, where the boundaries between traditional craftsmanship and modern digital techniques blur.
Her signature process begins with original analog artworks—paintings and mixed media pieces—which are then meticulously transformed into layered digital collages. This method allows for a rich visual dialogue between the tactile history of the physical work and the infinite possibilities of digital composition.

Mirja’s work is released in exclusive annual collections, reflecting her artistic journey year by year. Committed to museum-grade quality, her pieces are produced as limited edition fine art prints using archival pigment inks on premium Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. Each work is a testament to longevity and professional craftsmanship, limited to an edition of only 5, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Based in the serene landscape of Vesanto, Finland, her art invites the viewer into a world of texture, layers, and profound abstraction.
