There was a significant delay in delivery and the customer service was okay. I’ve had better service from Saatchi before. The delay was due to the artist, not the company. The painting I received was great. Packaged well. Beautiful piece of art. Title was Koi Pond.

The pricing of the product through the purchase process was confusing. The price, offer price and confirmation price was quoted in GBP. The final cost price (incl shipping & taxes) was quoted in USD incurring additional foreign exchange charges. Be proactive in reminding clients so that appropriate payment vehicles can be used to offset these unnecessary charges.

I viewed the item from a printed catalog I'd received and went online to review it and confirm pricing and shipping. I was pleased that online information confirmed what I wanted and placed the order. Shipping was faster than expected and item arrived packed carefully in a shipping tube.
I had a great experience with Saatchiart. The artwork matched the photograph; delivery was efficient, and customer service was responsive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because I would have appreciated it if they had listed the tariffs in the price. I purchased a $650 item from Canada, and I didn't realize it would have 50% tariffs for the US. I saw it before paying, but by then I had already decided to buy. Other than this, it is a very reliable art seller!
I purchased Respiro dell’Infinito by Andrea Serra through Saatchi Art, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The sculpture was shipped from Italy in a meticulously packed crate, ensuring that this beautiful work of art arrived safely and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Saatchi Art for their professionalism, reliability, and exceptional care.
The process of buying the art was easy, and Saatchi updated us often regarding the time of the delivery. The original oil on canvas that we received is beautiful and being framed now. It would have been helpful if Saatchi Art had included a commercial invoice (PDF) with the sale. (Customs would not accept an e-mail receipt) . Also, we wish Saatchi had told us that the shipper might require us to create a power of attorney for them to act on our behalf with customs. The back-and-forth with customs took 9 days, and the shipper was threatening to send the painting back to Azerbaijan the next day. It was very stressful. Thankfully, someone at Saatchi read my e-mail quickly and sent the required invoice immediately.
