Marco Nel Parco

I make Thought Provoking Art.
The main objects of my research are
socially relevant issues, self-awareness
and human consciousness.
I work with several techniques and
means, spacing from short films to drawings, light boxes and interactive sculptures.

My artworks focus on an exploration of our inner world.
With my drawings and screen-prints I investigate our thinking, emotional and creative processes.
I use a dose of surrealism and a weird sense of humour to bring my message across, drawing directly with markers on paper.
No sketches are used, everything is executed on the fly and mistakes are included in the design by necessity.

During my studies at the Fine Art Academy of Venice, I held exhibitions in Venice, Milan and Rome.
In 2015 I exhibited my work at Binnenkant 21 Art Foundation in Amsterdam.
In 2018 I had a solo exhibition at UitMarkt Amsterdam, under invitation of Fringe Festival.
