Professional artist, print graphic designer, was born in 1972, in the North Caucasus (South Russia). Graduated Moscow Academy of the Printing Arts in 1995. Traveller, "citizen of the world", for almost two years living in Montenegro. While I've been working as a book print graphic designer for many years my “inner easel artist” have been ripening on. Sooner or later I came to creation of this unique semi-painting semi-graphic pastel & acrylic artworks series. Always being inspired by “something beyond of outer conventional reality”. And to discover and experience that, I’m travelling a lot, particularly to Asia. Inspiration is vital, it springs from conscious and subconscious images born of diverse emotional and visual encounters – be they figurative or abstract. Nature's states, luminous light, music, even dreams fuel this inner well. Gradually, this coalesces into form. Essential details and conceptual meaning surface, forging composition – an organized symphony of light, dark, and color. Our depths plumbed hinge on our quest. The creative process is akin to prayer or yoga. The artist becomes a conduit for energy. The less our intellect intervenes, the purer. Acrylic, wide-brushed, pastels' glimmer simulate clouds, water, nature's textures – mirroring volatility. Art, music – paramount mediums for expressing this magical illusion on our relative plane. My works, a blend of unique graphics and painterly elements, embody this spirit. Perception varies among viewers, each with their own world view. Artworks emerge as personal experiences, without expectation of feedback. Like music, they materialize and vanish. Some resonate, others don't. When a viewer aligns with my expression, a shared frequency emerges, a common language. If my art imparts a message or impact, it's wonderful, though I don't actively pursue that outcome.
