Hello! My name is Valerie Koval. And I am an artist from Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek city. I know I need to write a beautiful story (or at least an interesting one) about myself. But unfortunately, I am completely unable to talk about myself, about my life, and I know nothing about my work. How I like to say: I am just a creator and my task is to bring pictures into this world. I do not know their meaning and I do not know what they are about. I just live my painting and paint every day. Ideas for paintings come by themselves. Often I don't know what to draw, but I just start to draw and something turns out. And the meaning of the picture, I think, will be seen by the one who likes it. And the picture itself will tell this person its story, not me.
What I can tell you for sure is that I love black and white colors. Almost all of my paintings are painted in black and white monochrome style. I think black and white are the most beautiful, stylish colors. I also love the cubism style and often draw geometric shapes. They also look very impressive.
