Erick Quintana

I am a Cuban visual artist currently residing in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Graduated in Fine Arts at the Academy ¨Roberto Diago¨. The artistic manifestations that I use to express my vision are photography, sculpture, painting and drawing. My work is a reflection of my inner world, the themes I study are part of my own life experience, which emerge from within in the form of works of art. I am currently developing two large series "SAVAGE" and "Time". SAVAGE is a series that goes in search of the genuine essence of the BEING, removing layers and stripping the SELF, not to remain exposed or unprotected, on the contrary, it is a thesis of introspection and encounter with myself to achieve balance and peace. The second series "Time", with it I study something as fascinating as the fourth dimension, time or space-time, here I go for another essence, the essence of the universe.
