biography
Painter and scene designer. during his artistic career he has also done much work in other fields such as graphics, photography and art video. Among his interests, music and urban art are the most important. In the 70's he starts his expositive activity with important personal expositions in Rome (1972), Berna (1982), Torino (1986), Campobasso (1987), Bologna (1992), and Firenze (1992, 1995). Since 1978 he works as a scene designer in Rome with the theatrical research group "Presenze", and in Campobasso with the association "Artisti molisani associati" (A.M.A.). Of the roman period, the scenes for the performances, written and directed by Angiola Janigro, Grand Hotel (1978), Frammenti di verde (1984); Un muro, una tigre (1985), Vuoto esigente (1988), are of great interest. The scenes realized for Un biglietto di teatro un solo penny (1995), Tu precipitasti nella mia malanima (1997), and the moving sculpures for San Giorgio e il drago (1998) - performances wrtitten and directed by Stefano Sabelli - are only some of the positive results of the collaboration with AMA.recent expositions personal expositio...

Pittore, disegnatore, scenografo, grafico e fotografo, ha esteso i suoi interessi all’illustrazione, alla progettazione video, all’arte urbana e alla musica.
Negli anni ‘70 inizia l’attività espositiva: personali di rilievo a Roma (1972), Berna (1982), Torino (1986), Campobasso (1978, 1987), Bologna (1992), Firenze (1992, 1995).
Lavora come scenografo dal ‘78: a Roma collabora con il gruppo di ricerca teatrale ‘Presenze’, a Campobasso con l’associazione ‘Artisti Molisani Associati’. Del periodo romano si ricordano le scene per ‘Grand Hotel’(1978), ‘Frammenti di verde’(1984), ‘Un muro, una tigre’(1985), ‘Vuoto esigente’ (1988), spettacoli ideati e diretti da Angiola Janigro. Della collaborazione con l’A.M.A. si ricordano la realizzazione le scene per ‘Un biglietto di teatro un solo penny’ (1995), ‘Tu precipitasti nella mia Malanima’ (1997) e la realizzazione di sculture mobili per ‘San Giorgio e il drago’ (1998), spettacoli ideati e diretti da Stefano Sabelli.
