Timur Hussainov

Based in Estonia, Timur is an experimenter of forms and meanings whose practice is rooted in the belief that everything has its origin in transformation. For Timur, art is not merely an object, but a vital vessel for dialogue—a bridge for an intellectual and emotional connection between the creator and the observer.

His work explores the constant dynamics of the human condition: pain, joy, suffocation, and love are treated as a singular, indistinguishable force. Each piece is designed to disrupt established patterns of thought, pushing the viewer toward a state where the boundaries between the pleasant and the visceral, the static and the dynamic, begin to dissolve.

Timur describes this sensation as "a feeling of falling without the ability to fall"—a temporary balance that inevitably leads to new movement. Driven by the internal partnership between the heart and the mind, his creative process prioritizes the action itself over any predetermined outcome. Through his art, Timur invites the viewer to discover their own "self" within the endless search for a personal path, operating simultaneously with mind and heart.
