**Artist Statement:**

In the tapestry of life, the pursuit of true connection often leads us through the labyrinth of relationships, where the mirage of love dances tantalizingly before our eyes. My art delves into the complexities of human emotion and the delicate balance between inner fulfillment and external expectations.

In the hallowed halls of college, where young hearts first grapple with the intricacies of love, the illusion of relationships often unfolds. It is here that I confront the dichotomy between genuine connection and the hollow allure of materialism. Through my paintings, I strive to illuminate the shadows cast by this societal mirage, urging viewers to reevaluate their priorities and rediscover the essence of true intimacy.

Melancholy, belief, and the timeless pursuit of monogamy serve as the thematic bedrock of my work. I am fascinated by the swan, a creature believed to possess soulmates, and I draw inspiration from its graceful fidelity to symbolize the profound depth of human relationships. Through intricate brushstrokes and meticulous attention to detail, I explore the myriad expressions of love – from the tender embrace of selfless devotion to the bitter sting of betrayal and resentment.
