His versatile point of view reflects a personal reality brilliantly, ranging from intricate sketches to sci-fi sculptures. Frank's formal education in art started at the Fine Arts Conservatory in Cal State University from 1987 to 1995. He continued on to Pasadena City College from 1996 to 2006.
