Dodd Holsapple

Contemporary visual artist Dodd Holsapple lives and works primarily in Los Angeles, California. Most notably know for his sculptural work with plants and public art installations, Dodd continues to push the boundaries of contemporary fine art with environmental awareness themes. Dodd creates in multi-mediums with a design focus inspired through connections with geography, landscapes and climate-related data while exploring social connections with nature and contemporary fine art. His artwork examines climate awareness derived from scientific data reports translated and defined with techniques, color theory and unique visual presentations. Dodd's distinctive original style and masterful combination of materials and design adaptations result in memorable artworks. His paintings depict surface building methods maximized to deliver an unexpected visual encounter.
