Jo Elizabeth

I am a painter, photographer and graphic artist living and working on the North East Coast of England. My passions and the things that inspire my work; are my local coastline as we have wonderful beaches and cliffs; which host much wildlife from dolphins to cormorants and gulls.
Like many, I am concerned about Climate Change and the natural world and this feeds some of the topics of my work.
In regards style, I love high colour and pattern and enjoy solving the problem of marrying all my stylistic loves in single images. I have found that as I am developing as an artist both my painting and photography are becoming more similar in approach.
