"Zuckerbrot und Peitsche" Painting

I am an abstract painter living and working in Munich, Germany. Mainly self-taught, I create colorful, gestural paintings that emerge from an intuitive process rather than a fixed plan. Layer by layer I build energetic compositions that reflect inner landscapes, memories and emotional states. Working mostly with acrylics a canvas and paper, my art is characterized by vibrant color, dynamic brushwork and a sense of depth and movement. Instead of depicting literal scenes, my paintings invite viewers to slow down, feel and interpret - discovering their own associations within the dialogue of color, texture and line. My works have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections in Europe, the US and Asia.
