Juan Martín is a contemporary artist and writer based in Junín, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. His creative practice spans painting, photography, video directing, and music, embodying a relentless exploration of the subconscious through an eclectic fusion of expressionism and geometry.
His creative process is a harmonious blend of spontaneity and meticulous planning. At times, he is swept away by bursts of creativity that yield several works in a single day; at other moments, he dedicates days to perfecting a single piece. Each work is original and handcrafted in his studio, offering a unique insight into his inner world.
In recent years, his work has gained significant recognition in the art scene. In 2024, he showcased his aclaimed art piece "Todos sus ángeles" at the 40th Salon of Junín Artists at the MUMA and participated in the 2nd Edition of “Activating Artists” at Fundación Casa Pronto. Currently, his work is featured in the ongoing ENTELEQUIA exhibition at Galería de Arte Tono Local (February 6 – March 6, 2025).

I am self-taught in all the areas that I am passionate about (painting, drawing, music, photography, filmmaking, etc.).
- DADÁ – February 2020: Performed a live reading of original poems.
- Visibles y delatadas – September 2022: Exhibited original poems alongside the women behind the show, blending visual arts with poetry.
- The Vanishing Of... – September 28, 2024: Part of the 2nd Edition of "Activating Artists" at Fundación Casa Pronto, Junín, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
- 40th Salon of Junin Artists – December 2024 : Participated with "All His Angels" (120 x 100 cm, acrylic, metallic lacquer, enamel paint, and varnish on stretcher, drip-painting). The exhibition honored Horacio Alonso and featured 24 artists.
- ENTELEQUIA – February 6, 2024: Exhibition at Galería de Arte Tono Local, Junín, Buenos Aires Province, mixing personal paintings and drawings with photographs by Germán Brea.
