Gal Cohen

I'm an artist, 27 years old. Born and raised in Israel. My main mediums are paintings and drawings, using a variety of materials and techniques (oils, marker pens, graffiti spray, mixed media).
My paintings involve personal fantasies, humor, gender roles, romanticism, wildness , escapism and more, by describing extreme and surrealistic situations, kind of dreamy-like or ones that stand on the border between imagination and reality. My painting is contemporary, figurative with propensity to realism and expressionism.
