Giulia Zhanabergenova

Born in Siberia, at a young age she visits the Italian peninsula with which she falls in love to move there permanently years later to better cultivate her passion for art.

Inspired by the picturesque medieval villages, seascapes with romantic atmosphere and mostly by the continuous influence of the immense Italian cultural and artistic heritage, she will have her artistic explosion.
Painting for her is a way to connect the physical world with the spiritual one.
In her paintings she doesn't limit herself to represent reality but she impresses on the canvas also the inner aspect, rich in sensations, emotions, energies and moods.
Her works are inspired by impressionism and post-impressionism, but the continuous search for herself and her inner world leads her to expand her art with always new ideas.
