Munsan Kim Young-sik, who runs Joseonyo under Haneuljae in Gwaneum-ri, Mungyeong-eum, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is the only 8th generation owner in Korea. He is the eldest grandson of the oldest pottery making family.

They own and preserve the kiln that has been firing white porcelain for 170 years.
This kiln is designated as Gyeongsangbuk-do Folk Cultural Heritage No. 135. It is a Mangdaengi kiln built with clay that has been shaped like a mortar and dried,
and the fact that it has not collapsed even over a long period of time shows the family's history.
His works are made using pottery techniques passed down from generation to generation, using clay and glaze from the Mungyeong region, and are natural and simple.
And you can see that there is sincere generosity and lack of greed.
The Mungyeong white porcelain living pottery stands out for its artistic quality by depicting simple figures.
