Anna Arkhypenko

I’m Anna, from Ukraine, based in France:) I teach French but also… I am an impressionist artist who has always been passionate about art and painting, even though I never pursued professional studies in this field (I take classes now with a professional teacher). At the age of 25, one morning, I woke up with a certainty: it was time to buy brushes and an easel. I did, and that’s how my journey began.

Each brushstroke makes me travel, both around the world and deep into my soul. I clearly feel the talent and desire to continue this beautiful journey.

My paintings capture the impressions of what I have seen. I bring to life picturesque places, whether well-known or less famous: landscapes, architecture, and unique atmospheres. Living in Antibes, in this inspiring and stunning region, it almost feels inevitable for me to discover my artistic side.
I express emotions not only through landscapes but also through portraits and scenes of life.
