Dance Drawing

On its own playful way Art is a way for me to discover the world. To investigate her by experimenting with materials , lines, shapes , light and movement . I have always been inquisitive. Curious too. This approach took shape during my undergraduate education Creative Therapy . Here I learned to translate the sensitivity of materials and techniques for visual expression . During the Master Culture Studies I learned to scientifically substantiate this. I immersed myself in the history and meaning of art in society and in particular the role of image and sound in communication and perception of people . Both studies provide a good basis for my current studies of the art of drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Arendonk Belgium. The sensitive and inquisitive is reflected in my work. I experiment with techniques , working with unusual materials and explore its boundaries .
