My name is Alisa, I am a watercolor artist and illustrator (bachelor degree in printmaking). My works are inspired by nature, flowers and animals. My artworks are located in private collections in United States, Israel, United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Russia, Latvia, Finland and Germany. I remember when I was 4 years old, I woke up and looked at two pictures on my wall - a painting of Babmi and an abstract painting with cubes and spheres. My mom made them for my room when studying at the Art Academy. I had been there before I went to school, and even before I was born - when my mom was pregnant with me. I love drawing and painting since my early childhood and this was the thing I couldn't do without. I graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia in 2009. Now and then watercolor was my favorite medium. But still my favorite color is white. Mostly I leave white background on the paintings so that the main object would stand out. Also, white wall art makes the room brighter. I still remember the wall art on my walls, and how I loved looking at it. So I believe my customers look at my art on their walls and it makes them happy. Here is my facebook page: Instagram:
