Hello, my name is Anastasia or Iva, as you prefer. My first encounter with a brush, paints and canvas happened when I was only three years old. Since then, I have never parted with them. Our family moved often and traveled a lot, which allowed me to see many beautiful places. There were many teachers and mentors in my life, whom I was lucky enough to meet and from whom I studied in a variety of fields: sculpture, engraving, stained glass painting, photography and, of course, fine art. In 2018, I graduated from the state art school and to this day continue to improve my skills in painting. Now I live, create and work in Germany. In 2023, my first solo exhibitions were held in Cottbus, Germany: "Mysticism" and "The Power of Imagination". Painting for me is life, passion and a whole universe that I embody in my works. What inspires me and where do I find inspiration? It is not always clearly defined... It can be a ray of morning sun, the rustle of leaves in the wind, the cry of a night bird, the flickering of the moon, a melody heard by chance, a dream, a vision... anything, but they all have one thing in common: they ignite emotions, excite feelings and give birth to images that I really see... and then transfer them to canvas. To capture our world - the world of everyday life - my faithful companion is always with me - a camera. With its help, I stop time, tear off masks, reveal characters and show a whole world in what has long gone unnoticed. The ordinary turns into a miracle. In my work, I strive to express my thoughts and feelings, and through my works I strive to give the viewers a sense of beauty and admiration for the world, regardless of what is happening around us. My paintings cover various styles and are created using a variety of materials, such as canvas, oil, gouache, watercolor and watercolor paper. However, my preference has always been and remains oil painting on canvas, since it is in this technique that I can subtly convey my feelings and emotions. With my works, I want to awaken new feelings in people and show the world from a different side. Offering you my works, I sincerely believe and hope that my creative passion and hard work will find a response in your hearts. Sincerely, Anastasia Intenberg.
