Winter tree Drawing

I have always drawn, but only in the last two years have I managed to dedicate myself with greater attention and commitment to painting. At the same time as my high school studies, which I continued until I obtained my degree, I attended an art school, which I soon abandoned due to lack of stimuli and time. The latter deficiency has limited me for years, teaching and free profession absorbing me almost completely. But the interest and the need for expression have never allowed me to leave out pencil and colors. Non-verbal language is my mode of expression and I prefer this to speak for and about me. The figure, image of presence, is at the center of my interest and the related expressive language. Form understood as a testimony of being and in which the body becomes a representation of existence. I believe it is the vital force of living beings that determines their attractiveness regardless of whether their appearance corresponds to stereotypes of pleasantness. It is the beauty that emerges from conventionality and highlights its uniqueness and history that makes the physicality of each creature appreciable. In fact, I think that every form deserves attention and that it is interesting precisely because of its "defects", testimony to its belonging to the real world in its vitality and concreteness.
