After the rain Painting

Ksenia Averina, a professional artist, active participant in art exhibitions, paints in oil, draws in pencil. - I try to depict harmony and beauty. I’d like all my pictures to bring people joyful feelings and positive emotions. I’m happy to see the effect that energy and aesthetic of my work produce. When I paint people,flowers or landscapes I always admire them. This feeling of excitement makes me express my emotions with the help of painting. So I get it onto a canvas. When I work in my studio or paint outside, in the nature, the world changes for me completely. I begin to feel as if l’m in a parallel universe. My inspiration gives me access to it. I paint my pictures in a realistic style, paying maximum attention to the brightness of colour combinations and using “alive” brushstrokes techniques.My works have been influenced by Russian realism of the late 19th century, Impressionism, Soviet art and Classical Spanish school of painting. I’m proud of my good education provided by the best Russian universities of art. On the one hand, it has made me skilful and confident.But on the other hand, I’ve learned to be extremely demanding to myself and to my work. I graduated from The Ilya Glazunov Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I’m a member of the Union of Russian Artists. My works are in private collections in The United Kingdom, Italy, Greece and Russia.
