Harry Noza is a painter from Andalucía in southern Spain. He studied Philosophy at Birkbeck, University of London, and Fine Arts at Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. His artistic journey encompasses a diverse range of influences and experiences, from an early fascination with sketching to transformative travels and collaborations with creatives from various fields. In 2014, after being moved by a Dana Schutz exhibition, Harry decided to pursue painting full time. Since then, he has delved into exploring and experimenting with pigments and fabrics. His work draws inspiration from real-life events and people as well as the realm of fantasy, exploring the interplay and tension between these two worlds. Vivid color is central to Harry’s work, serving as a conduit for emotional expression and energetic uplift. He invites viewers into a playful space where prejudices are set aside and the most unexpected facets of human nature emerge. His art often incorporates humor, play, and irony. For Harry, painting is more than a profession—it is a lifelong passion and calling. He believes in the power of authenticity, humility, and the transformative potential of art to inspire and connect people.
