Laura Carmen Todoran (1984) is an artist based in La Rioja, Spain; She began her artistic career when she was already in her 30's, however she painted for her own pleasure during her entire lifetime. Laura paints “independently” and is completely self-taught. She creates mostly large abstract paintings mixed with different media to create depth, feeling and emotion. She has a strong and natural feeling of using colours in her work. Her work is an exploration of a neutral-candy-colored, abstract dream-world, inspired by nature, design, fashion and people.
